Steven is a young man in his twenties. He is divorced, has two daughters and is addicted to drugs. He was baptized but has since walked away from the church. Please pray the Lord will place an earnest desire in Steven to repent of his sin and place his faith in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sin and new life.

Kyle and Eric are twin brothers who were hanging out in front of their apartment comlex. They each listened carefully and appeared to be impacted by my testimony and the Good News. Please pray the Lord will use His Word to lead them out of darkness and into His marvelous light.

I was blessed to have the opportunity to play catch with Somaj and his dad Eddie. Please pray they will accept my invitation to attend church, that the Lord will have the opportunity to minister to them through the teaching of His Word, and fellowship with other faithful believers in Jesus Christ at Bridge Church San Diego.

Johnny and Adrian were hanging out smoking hand rolled cigarettes. Johnny is currently living in a sober living facility and presented himself to me as a Pentecostal. He quoted many scripture verses and mentioned he is connected to Horizon. I prayed for him and then asked to pray for Adrian, he declined. Then I asked Adrian to pray for me. He did and it was a blessing. Like so many though, they don’t seem to be living with the victory promised by our Lord. Please pray they will live their lives daily in complete dependence upon the power of the Holy Spirit.

I met LJ and Marcus while they were working on LJ’s car which had been in an accident. When I asked LJ if he was a Christian, he replied he that he goes to Church all the time. That’s a good answer but not the right answer. However, these men were respectful and readily willing to receive prayer. Please pray for these young men that the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob will strengthen them, that they will become lights in their neighborhood, bringing many with them into the Kingdom of Heaven.

I tried to hand a man a GOJ but he declined. I asked him again if he would accept it, if afterward I left immediately, and once again he declined. Then I asked him if he was familiar with the book I was attempting to hand him and he said no. I left the GOJ on a nearby ledge and left immediately saying to him that I will pray that he pick it up after I leave. Please pray for this man, who has developed such a hard heart and closed mind, that he wouldn’t even accept a gift given to him with no strings attached. Lord we don’t know his name or where he’s been but you do. We pray right now that You will break through this man’s stubborn heart, that he may receive your grace and mercy, and live with You all the days of his life, Amen.

Moises and Ervin are two young men who agreed with me that all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. They appeared to have no purpose other than hanging out. Please pray the Lord will use the Word I shared with them to lead them to faith in Jesus Christ.

I met Tyler while he was enjoying a relaxing Sunday afternoon with a beer. He patiently listened to my testimony and the Good News, though he declined my offer to pray for him, saying that he was all good. Please pray that Tyler will read the GOJ I gave him and that He will place his faith in Jesus Christ.

I met Bernadette and Ashley, two young teenage girls. They were very receptive to the Gospel. Please pray that the Lord will lead them to His Word and that they will be given the wisdom to guard their hearts, protect their virtue and become productive members of the Church, society and their households.

Mason grew up in the Seventh Day Adventist church. He formerly attended UC Irvine and is currently a successful entrepreneur. He told me that just prior to our meeting he had been feeling sad about his life, though it seems to me that he’s doing fine. He also admitted that he has had a desire to grow spiritually but hasn’t made the time. I shared the Gospel with him, prayed for him and encouraged him over the span of approximately 20 minutes. Please pray for his salvation and use by God.
